I love hot cocoa year round. I must say it is my comfort drink. My grandmother used to make the best hot chocolate you could find. Now I have her recipe and I love how affordable and easy it is to make.
Hot chocolate mix
1 (16 oz) jar hersheys powdered cocoa
2 C powdered milk
1 1/2 C sugar
1 (32 oz) powder vanilla coffee creamer
Combine all ingredinets in a airtight canister and mix well. This mix stays good for a year.
When you want a cup add 2 Tbsp of cocoa mix for every cup (8 oz) of boiling water. stir well and enjoy. If you desire you can top with whipped cream or even mini marshmallows.
Tip you can change the flavor by changing the powdered creamer you add in.
