A really good oven version to chili that is quick and simple.
1 lb ground beef, thawed
1 1/2 C tomato soup
4 Tbsp. bbq sauce
1 sm onion, diced
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp soul food seasoning
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
3 tsp chili powder
Crumb uncooked thawed ground beef into a 2.5 qt cassarole dish. Combine remaining ingredinets in order given. Stir very well to fully incorporate all the seasonings and flavors. Place in a 425F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. This goes excellent with cornbread.
Yeilds enough to feed 2 people.
Tip: If you do not have an onion you can use onion power instead. Replace onion with 1 1/2 tsp onion powder.
