I made a wonderful meal last night, that was so quick and easy. It took about 30-45 minutes from start to plate.
2 boxes Velveeta Cheesy BBQ Chicken meal
1 lb cheddar brats, sliced
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
Cook the sausage and brats in a skillet over medium high til done. Next follow the ingredients on the package for the pasta, vegetables and seasonings. The only difference was instead of using chicken like the box called for I substituted it with the cheddar brats and sausage. It was very filling and delicious. It tasted more to me like a smoked barbequed salad, but it was so good. I have no leftovers from last night though even with as filling as it was.
I would advise that once you get to the adding the pasta, veggies and seasoning from the box to either be using an extra large skillet or add the meat and remaining ingredients to a large pan like a stew or spaghetti pan.
