2 Tbsp butter
1 C Milk
1 clove garlic
1/2 lb crab meat, chopped
2 pkg frozen asparagus
spears, cooked & drained
salt & pepper
baking spray
1/2 C Cheese Nix crackers,
broken up
4 oz shredded cheese
Cook butter & garlic in
saucepan. Blend in salt and pepper. Cook til bubbly. Gradually add milk,
stirring til blended. Cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat; add cheese &
stir til melted. Spray bottom of pan then add asparagus & crabmeat. Pour sauce
over asparagus & crab. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Set in a 350F oven for
25 minutes or til thoroughly heat.
