1/2 lb. shell pasta
2 lbs. shredded Colby jack
cheese
1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/2 C water
1/4 C chopped onion
1/2 C diced tomatoes
24 whole olives
Cook pasta til tender. Drain
and place in a 9 x 13 pan. Top pasta with Cheeses. Cook the ground beef til
done, and then add water and seasoning mix. Top cheese with onion and tomatoes.
Place taco meat on top of tomatoes. Top with more shredded cheese then olives.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
This will make between 4 to 6 servings.
